Hello! Did you ever receive covers with the stamps overlapping each other?
Bellow you can see 2 examples of itOne from Brazil and the other from Philippines. How common is a situation like this in your country? Did you ever send a cover in this condition? If so, why?

Hello! Saw your blog... similar images to mine... Very bad philatelic practice of some collectors, wouldn't you say?

Hi,
I've seen this mostly on French postal internal documents, for disposal place problems !
Usually, it's done by a postal clerk in order to use stamps that are no longer in common use. I doubt a client can do the same, as the overlapping may mask already used stamps.
I sent mail like this today. The middle stamp was no longer adhesive, and I couldn't find glue, so i put it under two neighboring stamps.
