I'm a 20 (almost 21!) years old girl studying Graphic Design at University. I've been penpalling/postcardpalling since 2006, when I registered at Postcrossing. I also collect stamps, but I really don't know much about them... I hope I can learn much about it just posting to this blog. But now let me talk a bit about stamps in Brazil: the first brazillian stamp was made in 1843, so Brazil was the second country in the world to have stamps! (first one was England, I think you know it, right?)
The mail service in Brazil is called "Correios", and was created in 1969. It's nice to tell that brazillian post also made the first stamp written in Braille and the second holograph one.
