We care


Cover destroyed (partially!)

Today I've received this printed apologies request by the US Postal Service! It was my first time.


Is it common for you to get this? Or you just don't care that they care?

Hmm, never got anything like this.

I think it's good though that this or any company keep in mind to write a letter of apology or something of that sort when they damage something that is intended for a customer. Shows that they do value their customers.
