Uganda or Cairo or Both?

Dear fellow collectors,


Today I've receive a letter from Uganda... but can you see the double cancellation?
One cancellation from Uganda and a 2nd one from Cairo.... Does every mail from this region of Africa gets forward from Cairo to Europe?Coincidence? Or what?

Very nice stamps! Rose stamps always gets me on a loving mood! eheh!
